Spike Jonze

Spike Jonze is the versatile filmmaker behind the acclaimed films Being John Malkovich, Adaptation and Where the Wild Things Are. As a producer, his credits include Michel Gondry’s Human Nature and Charlie Kaufman’s, Synecdoche, New York. He most recently completed filming “Her,” an original love story Jonze directed and produced from his own screenplay, starring Joaquin Phoenix, Amy Adams, Rooney Mara, Olivia Wilde and Scarlett Johansson. He has directed numerous music videos, commercials, short films, and documentaries. He also serves as the creative director at VICE media, and is one of the creators and producers of the Jackass TV show and films.
